In collaboration with the EFCA’s national office, Journey Group designed and built an application that combines branded interfaces and a custom matching algorithm to empower a personalized process. Pastor Search connects churches with pastors while equipping placement directors with valuable insights for guiding churches and candidates towards the best possible fit.
